No monthly fees. No per-camp charges. No feature gates. No tiers. Every single feature, available to every single coach, for free. Forever.
Standard payment processing applies when you collect registration fees.
When parents pay a camp registration fee through WrestlingCamper, standard payment processing applies — the same rates you'd pay with any processor. We make a small margin on that processing. That's it. That's the whole business model.
That's the same or better than Stripe direct (2.9% + 30¢ = $4.65 on $150). No monthly fee on top. No per-registration fee. No surprise charges.
We built this because we needed it. Charging coaches a monthly fee to manage camps they're already running out of their own pocket felt wrong.
The more coaches who use WrestlingCamper, the more registrations flow through, the more sustainable we are. Your success is our success. Literally.
Every feature is available to every coach. We don't lock SMS behind a paywall or gate roster management behind a “Pro” tier. That's not how teammates treat each other.
There isn't one. We make a small margin on payment processing — the same processing you'd pay anywhere. Everything else is free. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, we don't upsell.
Then WrestlingCamper is 100% free for you. Zero processing fees because there's nothing to process. You still get every feature — registration, waivers, roster, communication, check-in, everything.
Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. Square is 2.6% + 10¢. PayPal is 3.49% + 49¢. Our flat 3% is competitive with all of them, and you get the entire camp management platform on top — for free.
Registration payments are deposited directly to your bank account, typically within 2 business days. We don't hold your funds.
No. The payment rail model works because everyone has access to everything. Gating features would reduce volume, which is the opposite of what we want. Free forever means free forever.
You control your own refund policy. When you issue a refund through WrestlingCamper, the full amount goes back to the parent. Processing fees on the original transaction are not returned (same as any processor).
